Our Home Care Aides are frontline caregivers for our clients. They are responsible for providing high-quality home care and delivering excellent customer service while bridging gaps one person at a time. The Home Care Aide position provides excellent care and services to our clients with the purpose of improving their physical and mental well-being. We are seeking candidates with a passion for caring for others. This individual must be comfortable with communicating with clients and handling physical tasks independently. Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is $11.00/hr – $15.00/hr based on experience and/or certifications.

Required Qualifications

  • Smartphone
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid Driver’s License or State ID
  • Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
  • Current CPR & First Aid Certification (can be obtained after hired)
  • Current TB Skin Screening or Chest X-ray (can be obtained after hired)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior Home Care or CNA Experience
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • High School Diploma or GED
